    neat clean room & lift also available for luggage and staffs behaviour nice all over my experience is too good

    The property is nice but it needs to be more clean and actually dust on the floor all other things are nice The food is also ok ok. Only outside food is not allowed but you can take other things like cake icecream etc...

    Very BAD experience: Room was dirty, very bad smelling and suffocating, Dining premises is not hygienic

    The property location was safe and good but the golden beach is about 3 km away from there . The staff behaviour was good. The cleanliness was good too . However an auto is always affordable as there is auto association in the opposite end . Overall great experience.

    The rooms were filthy. The food was pathetic. The service was too slow. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Not at all worth it.

    Very good facility at the hotel. Had not took the fooding as we were roaming most of the time. But the time we stayed there were comfortable. Hygeine was maintained. Comfortable rooms, bed. Perfect location for staycation as it is near the stopage area. Landmark is there in the front ("Cricket stadium") so that tourists don't get confusion to reach it. Over all very good.

    the bathroom was very dirty.But room was average.and room floor was not clean properly.lift was not working properly. Restaurant service was very late.but food quality was good.
